Material Prototype Wall

This design project explores aggregation and assembly of a material to create a field effect at full scale. The program is a 64' wall that incorporates a material tectonic and facilitates the process of "getting dressed." Different parts of the wall are activated based on each article of clothing that one would adorn before exiting their home. The plywood panels fold and undulate to create a variation of enclosed and semi-enclosed spaces to blur and filter views across the threshold between the inside and outside.
